A responsible session begins before the client enters the room. Our stations, equipment and barriers are prepared for focused, professional work.

• Single-use supplies are opened for each appointment.
• Work surfaces and equipment are protected with fresh barriers.
• Your artist or piercer will explain preparation before beginning.

Follow the instructions provided by your artist, keep the area clean, and give the skin time to recover without unnecessary friction or exposure.

• Wash gently with clean hands and a mild, fragrance-free cleanser.
• Use only the protection and moisturizer recommended by your artist.
• Avoid picking, scratching, soaking and direct sun while healing.

A new piercing needs consistent, gentle care. Leave the jewelry in place and follow the cleaning guidance given during your appointment.

• Clean only as directed and avoid unnecessary touching or rotation.
• Keep cosmetics, hair products and friction away from the area.
• Contact the studio before changing jewelry or if healing concerns arise.
